Are your animatronics and props suitable for outdoor use?
Many of our animatronics and props are designed for both indoor and outdoor use, but we recommend checking individual product descriptions for specific weather resistance information. We want your scares to last through the season!
Do you offer costume sizes for all ages?
Absolutely! Our “See Costume Apparel” section includes terrifyingly terrific outfits for ghouls and goblins of all sizes, from tiny terrors to full-grown monsters.

Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
All our haunted treasures embark on their journey from our spooky headquarters in Bendigo, Australia. We offer two delivery options:
Standard Spooky Shipping: 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx ($12.95 AUD)
Free Frightful Shipping: 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS (FREE on orders over $50 AUD)

Do you ship to my location?
We haunt homes worldwide! However, our spectral delivery services cannot reach some Asian countries and particularly remote locations where our ghostly couriers dare not tread. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, feel free to contact our support team at [email protected] before ordering.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes! Once your order leaves our haunted warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking email that lets you follow your package’s ghostly journey right to your doorstep.
Why might my delivery take longer than estimated?
During peak haunting seasons (especially October), delivery times may be slightly extended due to high demand from fellow Halloween enthusiasts. Customs processing in international locations can also occasionally cause delays.

Are your prices in Australian dollars?
