International Shipping Note: We ship globally, except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
While we hope you love every creepy crawly item you order, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly—just like our approach to all things Halloween!
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your Halloween decorations, costume apparel, and other spooky items meet your expectations.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
- Free from any damage, wear, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Leggings (due to intimate apparel nature)
- Socks and Slippers (for hygiene reasons)
- See Costume Apparel (intimate wear items)
- Any used or worn costume pieces
- Opened Halloween makeup or face paint
Please choose these items carefully, as we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Our Support Ghouls: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to our address at 116 Girvan Grove, BENDIGO, AU 3550. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
